damn mang. sounds like you are sol... i think the only was is to find someone really small and take all the back panels out and have them crawl to the trunk. its going to be a pita and you will most likely break tons of clips getting all the panels out from the wrong side.

either way good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Tell your friend to have his buddies Moe and Larry help him open your trunk. Damn, it's Man Law, you never touch another guy's mod in progress.

most of them have a pin in the middle (a dot). push that dot down and then you can pull the clip up. no matter what, i think you will break some so get ready to order a few from the dealership. i had to crawl back there once (forgot why) and it was a PITA. I also didn't have the panels in at that time nor a soft top so mine was easy then your's will be.

You will have to find someone really REALLY thin to get in the trunk through the back panels.
And then only via the passenger side IF the spare is not there.
Otherwise impossible IMO.

If you can get both back panels out maybe you can reach the hinges and loosen them to get it to open the other way?

i had to laugh when i read the thread... i don't think there is any way of getting in the trunk... even if someone was 75lbs it would be hard for them to squeeze through to get in there... you friend might have to end up buying you a new trunk... good luck
