I have been contemplating starting up a new business for some time now. The thing that I have been grapling with is the issue with all the education and experience into my IT career that is holding me back from throwing it all away for a totally new path.

The business model is Property Management. There will be a few business processes I won't bring up on here that will make running this type of business a lot easier and capture a greater value proposition at the end of the day. With my background in six sigma process improvement and IT I can make this happen.

I would basically implement these processes using my families properties then once comfortable open it out to the public.

First things first. The name. Can you select what you think is the most appealing name to you? My target is all of Northeast US. Again I am not looking to be a millionnaire in 5 years but maybe 10 years down the road live a comfortable life and not have to rely on SSN, Pension, or 401k.
