Default New 2003 Honda Pilot SUV Coming in May '02!

The new Honda SUV titled "Pilot" is coming to dealers in May '02 as an '03 model! I ma very excited about this and went ahead and ordered one in Silver for my wife. . .and yes, me too!

It will more than likely replace her Accord. . .it's very sharp IMO. Pricing has yet to be disclosed, however I expect it to be no more than 30k. . .

Here's the rest of them. . .

It looks like a CRV. What's the difference? More powerful and luxurious?

An Acura Dealer told me that it was huge, think competition to the Toyota Sequoia.

It's bigger than the MDX (seats up to 8) and it will likely cost in the $35k range.

I just traded my '97 CRV in on an '02 Odyssey. Reason being is that it duplicated my wife's '01 ML320. If the Honda Pilot is going to be in the $35K range, that's going to be tough to compete with the likes of the ML (we paid $37K for the ML with the Sport package). Looking at the Pilot interior, it seems a bit "empty" in terms of creature comfort at that price.
