FAQ
Q. "How does sand blasting work Bill?"
A. "Good question Steve. Compressed air is chanelled through a gun and the passing air picks up grains of sand. The sand is then discharged from the gun at a high rate of speed. By directing this stream of sand and compressed air at metal surfaces, you quickly remove rust and contaminants and create a matte like finish that is perfect for painting."
Q. "Is sand blasting good for me?"
A. "No Matt/Eric. It isn't good for you. Always point the nozzel away from yourself."
Q. "Will sandblasting make my dog cleaner?"
A. "No Thomas. The sand will get caught in your dog's fur and make it dusty. Also, it could make your dog bleed, making it bloody.
Q. "Could my Biatch get the cleaning around the house done faster with a sandblaster?"
A. "No Lainey. Unless Rick is preparing metal parts for painting, it will not save any time, and may damage the finish of your fine new kitchen.
Q. "Where can I get one?"
A. "First you need a high volume compressor Jeff. Then you can get the sandblasting kit. They are all available at Sears.
Q. "Where can I see a demonstration?"
A. "At my house, right now! Hurry. It's a nice day for top down drive. Feel free to bring any metal things you want sandblasted."

Just so you know, Bill, my biatch does not include cleaning house as part of his "biatch duties." That task falls upon me. But I guess I gotta do something and "get up off of my A$$!."

So I sandblated the 6 exhaust sections that make up my AH 3000 system and painted them all a satin black with high temp paint. The paint has to cure for 7 days before you can use the part under high temp. No problem there! Now I have to go read the handbook to see if the hardware that supports the exhaust system has to be painted black too.

Try sandblasting. It's fun to watch stuff slowly dissapear!
I will keep your helpful household hints in mind, should I slack off for a while, and need to clean the house quickly.
