Do you have the option of going with Verizon? Some locations have very limited broadband options. Going to Hotmail, you'd still need an ISP.

You should email him pictures as well, and then he'll come over and personally diagnose your connection to see if it's Comcast's fault or something else. Or you could have someone who will weave dangerously through traffic, drink your beer, eat a bunch of meat pie and scallops, track wet grass all over your sparkling new kitchen's floor, then leave with a bag of cookies without touching your computer show up... like me.

I'd jump at the opportunity, but I'm currently trying to get my HAWT assistant to pose for some sexy pictures in preparation for the employee showdown.

If you can get Verizon Fios, go for it. That is what I have and it is the fastest connection available.
I have a 15meg download and 2 meg upload speeds. It rocks!!!!!!

Having had both cable and DSL and now Fios, I have always found that DSL althought slower that some cable connections always was more stable than my cable connections.

So if you can get Fios jump in the current is very fast!!!!!!!
