i love them. i am not running the spoon progressive springs though, i'm running the swift progressive springs. spoons are 4.7/6.9 f/r and the swift are 4.55/6.0 f/r so its not as stiff. i didnt want to stiffen the rear anymore as is.

i love the setup. it rides pretty close to OEM until you take some hard turns. it's great setup for the street without blowing over $2k on a higher end suspension which isn't really necessary if you dont plan on tracking a lot. but it's definately better than getting cheap springs with oem shocks and ruining your handling. i wanted to lower my car and keep the oem feel and reliability so theres no better way than to get showa shocks that are spec'd by spoon to accomodate the stiffer rates.

i cant fit two fingers in the gap so it's a little under 2, i'd say 1.75 or 1.5... swift springs arent supposed to sag at all so i dont think its going to lower anymore.

Can't fit two fingers in? ... hmmm ... nah, too easy ....

Did you get the off-the-shelf Swift Springs or custom rates, they make custom rate springs for coilover suspensions. I might be wrong, but I thought that the Spoon springs drop the car a little more than the Swift Springs do, like maybe another quarter-inch or so.... It looks about like stock ride height to me in that picture, like the springs just make up for the increase in wheel diameter.

Discuss.

yes the spoon springs will drop it down a little more. i didnt want custom spring rates, my spring rates are similar to the spoon rates. i posted my spring rates in the above post.

it's definately not stock ride height. stock ride height i could easily fit 3 fingers .. now i cant fit two at the top. the first pic might be misleading because it's uphill.. here's a normal pic. with me in the car it drops another 1/4" or so.. two passengers 1/2"

here is a pic of it with stock suspension:
