Default HELP! EPS light on?, confused

Hi guys, i maybe going insane here but i have a my00, does the eps light stay on all the time?, just its a "dull orange", its definetly not bright like when you start the engine etc.

I dont know if this is okay, but i just installed a yellow jacket so i dont know if that has anything to do with it?

I would try in the US UTH forum. Also look in the FAQ there.

If it wasnt like it before I would be a touch suspicious!

Look at it in the dark, if it is on, it shouldn't be.

Have you span?

When my eps light was illuminated it was very bright not dull. Do you still have power steering.
There is loads of stuff on the search which I came across and found there could be 101 reasons as it connected to all sorts of s"*t..but if you added something and it came on I would look there first.

Oh F**k, looks like it on then! its just a dull orange. Nah i havent spun Ian.

If i disconnect the yellow jacket and re attach the wires, the light should go off again after a bit of driving? agreed?

Its that bloody yellow jacket i tell thee!!. Im having a super day , I have already run over my new girlfriends cat today, and she doesnt know yet, as shes away.

There might be some brothers / sisters of that one where you got original mog?

Have you kept it? Bit of a dilemma I guess. Do you show her for proof?

Oh, the EPS, it comes on if it detects soemthing wrong with the expected wheel speeds etc. Try a reset.
