I'm glad you enjoyed!!!

I thought you might get a kick out of the message...

The pictures do the pizza justice, it looks sloppy, but damn it tastes good going down. You may want to ask SondraS2k about how she liked the Pepperoni version of the pizza she had over this past weekend.

That's the only way to eat a slice of Chicago. It's not a NY style pie, where you can fold it and stuff it down your throat. Although I like NY style pizza pies, I tend to equate them with the corner hot dog vendors found in Manhattan.

I equate a slice of Chicago with something a little more formal....no not a 4-5 star meal, but something that requires a fork and knife.

Definitely looking forward for you to get out here to Chicago area. Keep me informed well in advanced, I'll make requests for some Tasty Kakes and may have a little S2K meet around your visit. .....just wait until you bite into an Italian Beef sandwich....hmmmm. Time to go eat dinner now.

BTW, July 4th time frame is awesome because that is the time period when the annual Taste of Chicago event occurs downtown. I starve myself for a month before that event!!!

Even though I had nothing to do with this bet, as a proud member of the C7, I just wanted to point out that we are not all bad guys.

That pizza is some CLASSIC Chicago style pizza...and they also have one of the best Italian Beef sandwichs, too...

Looks like you enjoyed it...! (Or we'll have to send Guido out to "follow up")

The company was as good as the pizza, which was some of the best I've ever had! I can't wait to go to the other place you guys mentioned next time... name is escaping me... I hope that I can take you guys up on that sooner than later!
