Default THANK YOU to Chuck and John at Menlo Honda

I would like to publicly thank Chuck and John at Menlo Honda. I dropped off my car yesterday morning a little before 10:00am to get a new clutch and flywheel installed. When I dropped it off Chuck said I would have my car back by the end of the day. I was thinking to myself, uh huh...the last time I had tranny work done it took 3 days (of course, it was a different dealer). So, I leave it in the good hands of John the S2K mechanic and was off to Enterprise for my rental (compliments of Menlo). For 10.00 I was able to drive an '02 Infinity I35 thinking I would be using this car for a day or two. I get back to my office and do my work and I get a call around 4:00 saying my car would be ready by 5:00!!! I drove back down at 5:00 and my car is still in the repair bay, I am thinking "crap i just took my rental car back and now i have nothing to drive". But John wanted me to take a test drive with him before he signed off on the repair order. Just to make sure all is good with me and the car. The car drove awesome. The steering wheel was in the same position as I left it. STRAIGHT All in all each and every experience I have ever had with Menlo has been top notch. These guys are second to none. Thanks Chuck and John for being sincerely concerned about our cars. It makes life a lot easier when you know your car will be treated like you would treat it when you leave it with them

Yeah, they are the best dealer in this area. Out of curiosity, which flywheel and clutch did you get? Did you get a new pressure plate?

I would also like to thank Chuck and Menlo Honda. He is one of the most easiest guys to talk to. He is both professional and courteous when it comes to answering your questions and is willing to help you out with your car however he can. If you haven't serviced your car and asked for Chuck at Menlo Honda you don't know what you're missing. His wonderful service makes me think I'm driving a Bimmer or something and not a Honda .

Not that I have to take my car in right now but are they worth driving 90 miles for service??? It may seem like a drive but I would consider it if I have to take my car in. My car being taken care of properly is worth a little extra drive. Of course, I would prefer a closer dealership but there aren't many in my area.

that sounds way better than the dealer where i bought my car... i got my car at Capitol Honda.... that place has really bad service. after i bought my car, they never sent me any survey.... they gave me a GEO Metro when i picked up a rental car during service!!! (and of course i complained about it... so they gave me a corolla... which was just as bad... ) it took them two days to install my lo-jack.... another two days to figure my cd changer's setting was wrong (it has the vertical / horizontal setting the other way around)....

thanks for the 411.... i'll know where to take my car for service now.
