Default "Tech-Day" with Hardtopguy

Hardtopguy & I have been discussing the Allegheny Club's 2007 "Tech-Day". With the "WTD-Dragon Run" traditionally being held 4/20-22, we would like to get "Tech-Day"in before the Dragon. For all those who plan to attend the run, this will be a great time to have your cars prepped. Also, April is usually the start of track season. Which means...time for official "track prep".

Once again, Bill & I are going to take up Jeff's valuable time with more time consuming mods. Which means, he & I plan to head up either the first or second week in April and come back in the Ridgeline. If anyone else needs time consuming work (clutch job, gears, supercharger, etc...) please PM me to make arrangements to drop off your car. Since I will have Jeff's Ridgeline, I will be willing (yet again) to bring large items back with me (bumpers, sideskirts, diffs, fluids, clutch package, etc...) FREE DOOR TO DOOR SHIPPING FOR CLUB MEMBERS!

Members, if you plan to attend, please let me know what you need (service, parts, mods, free shipping...). I know this is a little early, but we need to get an idea of what Jeff needs to have on hand to accomodate us. Pricing info will be coming soon:

MEMBERS: NEEDS:
1. Suprfunguy - Clutch package, Dragon Prep
2.bc02 - To much stuff to list, Dragon Prep
3.

I know it's probably a little early to start planning. But I want to make sure we can get "Tech-Day" in before the "Dragon Run" and the start of track season. Plus, we are going to have several new events on the schedule next year. I'm trying my best to fit everything in.

I bet driving a rental Camery on the Dragon was a blast... You really need to "hit it" with the "S"! So far, Bill & I (if I can get coverage at work) plan to run the Dragon. I'm sure a few others in the club may also be interested. However, planning for that is another month away...

I'll put you down for a valve adjustment. If you are serious about running the Dragon, you may want to think about a brake bleed. Unless you are going to do that yourself.

BTW...Are you intersted in leading a group drive in 2007?

Yes, id love too.... and it looks like I should be able to do it this year

If I do though, you all are gona have to drive a ways, I was thinking of having one in central PA. (like where George had his drive for the "fall colors" this year)

I bleed my brakes about once a month That I can do for any of you in about 30mins... I have a motive bleeder thingy that pushes fluid through the car so I can do it much faster, and by myself.

Speaking of future planing, Im gona have a little get together in febuary or march in Hagerstown. Im currently building a house, and thats when I plan on having my house warming party....

oh, and I finally got my gears... im sporting 4.57s
