That is sweet. I hate UPS!
I bought lugs from a company in the US, not knowing that they would ship by UPS... and those bastards charged me $30 for taxes and brokerage fees.
I use FedEx for my business, and couldn't be happier!

Thanks for the link Indecision... I will definately be sending this along to all of my other buddies who got rear-ended by this company

Thanks for the info. I'm on the class action list now. Always felt like I was getting ripped off by UPS.

I think we will be jumping on this too. Mel ordered something for school and the brokerage charges were almost as much as the product. We just need to find the receipt...

I believe the waybill will be good enough. All the charges are on the waybill.

Ive been ripped by them a bunch - do we need reciepts for proof of rapage or what? I don't think I keep them all....
