This is a new project being sponsored by Phil Hill former world champion F1 driver.

I can only hope that this will be available to drivers who do not own property there.

It is a little above my reach moneywise.

yeah, with the HOA fees being more than my current mortgage (much more), I don't see this being in the realm of possibilites for me
