I never got a full warrantee contract for Honda Care. I have yet to use it and will soon be going in for the shakes of the rear end. Which has been tracked down to the rear CV joints.

I am told from a guy who called to try to get the same plan that I got hooked up with a awesome plan!!! I am looking to see if I can find somebody out there with a phone # for me to call to find out what's covered and what is to be expected when I get my car worked on.

I was told that I would cover the diagnostic fees though if Honda Care covers it I'm clear.(max of $66) I was like uhhh ok. Even though I told them the problem!!! I told them about torqueing of the spark plugs but was told "that shouldn't happen" so I said FINE I will do it myself!!! I guess these people just don't understand that I know more about the car and its problems than they do. With only one or 2 failures out there I knew they wouldn't know about it but oh well I tried.

Back to Honda Care. I am supposed to be able to get a rental car with this as well which really would be nice! First time I ever had a rental car and also for leaving my car with these guys. Well so far the past 2 times I have left my car at a dealership for more than running in and out it has come back with scratches!!! And before that it went back to get fixed after they fixed it the first time.(still shaking head and praying that I don't have problems)

I was then told to call the PARTS department to make sure that they have the part in stock........I was like umm.......shouldn't that be YOUR JOB!!! I tell you the problem you order the part have it either in stock or accessible I bring the car in you fix not scratch/damage my car in any way........I take car and leave happy! Though I seriously doubt that it will happen that way! Though I will of course be very explicit on me being meticulous of dropping the car off and its shape and wanting it back exactly the same way!
