Winter blahs getting you down? Does you baby need a shiny new coat of Zaino? Then have we got a cure for you!

I decided to start a new thread for a Charlotte Zaino Day, to list the planned specifics and gather the names of interested participants. Our own bluegas68 (Dave) has graciously offered to host this "do it yourself" clinic in his awesome shop near downtown Charlotte.

What: A Zaino Day, where Carolina S2K owners can spend the day detailing their babies using the awesome Zaino products. You'll have to bring your own supplies (see information below), but there will be a number of Zaino "veterans" on hand to help you learn the process.

When: Saturday, February 24th, starting at 9:00AM until the last coat is on (Probably early afternoon, between 1:00-2:00PM)

The shop is convenient to I-77, I-85, and HWY 74, and about 2 minutes from Bank of America Stadium. The event will go rain or shine, as we'll be indoors!

What to bring:
- Your own Zaino supplies
(see specific list at bottom, as well as a contact for Steve Treece, for Zaino purchases or if you need advice on what YOUR car will need).
- 4-5 White, 100% cotton MADE IN AMERICA full-sized towels (washed without fabric softener if they're new) and/or microfiber towels
- Car wash supplies (Mitt, car wash soap, drying supplies). We'll provide buckets, hoses, nozzles and Dawn dishwashing liquid (for that first wash.)
- Drinks (Water, soda, etc.) or whatever snacks you may need (We'll make a lunch run if needed).
- Other detail supplies you may wish to use (Tire gloss, Plexus, 303 Protector, etc.)

How:
Sign up here. The shop can comfortably hold about 10-15 S2Ks, so it'll be first come, first served! However, the gravel lot and a covered storage area can accomodate overflow, late-comers or people who are just "interested", weather permitting, of course. Feel free to just stop by and "hang" if you'd like.

Come by our house (Ron & Sheila's) for a Big Deck party when we're done! We'll furnish a big 'ole pot of chili and fixins'; you bring your own beverages. Directions will be furnished at the shop; PM me if you can't come to Zaino day, but would like to join us on the BIG DECK afterwards, and I'll send you the address.
