Thumbs down GT International To$$ers!

Right a confession first

I saw MB'd thread on white S's

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...0&#entry9518508

As some of you may know I'm partially to them and would love to get my hands on a nice late one. The 04 is with these guys.

http://www.gt-international.co.uk/

They also posted it on ebay, but it never sold.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...:MEWA:IT&ih=013

So I called Adam Thursday last week. He confirmed it wasn't sold, he gave me a load of how they sell loads of S's and this one is special, it being a JDM Ltd Edition run out before they put the 2.2 in the S (2.2 went in JDM cars from 06). More about it being a special Type R body kit as part of the limited edition (std front lip, strakers and a J's bonnet) I queried the exhaust as it has round tips and the rear bumper colour as it is slightly dark. Stock exhaust (all the JDM's are like that apparently ) and the rear bumper is fine but being resprayed

So anyway me being me I decided none of this is a major problem. So I confirmed my "viewing by appointment only" for this morning @ 08:30AM. I confirmed I was deadly serious, already had 4 S's and would travelling down from Manchester and stopping in a Hotel the night before. I left my number and asked him to call if there was any problems!

On to this morning. 08:00AM (I'm keen!) I call to confirm the exact address as there is nothing resembling a garage at the postcode he gave. Only to be told they took a deposit on it Monday over the phone with out the the guy seeing it! To$$ers!

I'm now ~

Why would you buy a car from someone who has advertised it on ebay as an S2000 Type R when there is clearly no such thing? They sound like wankers but I'd have seen that from the advert, and the car looks like it's been chavved, crashed and clocked.

3k miles in 3 years my arse.

And have you seen the fit of that rear bumper?

Those pre-04 exhaust tips say to me it's been repaired using bits from an older car after the rather obvious crash it's been in at the rear.

I'm more worried about why Mikey would pay for a hotel to look at buying another S.

Mikey, you are a complete nutter

Bada - Yeah I have to agree, but my logic was if I don't go and see for myself I'll keep wondering whether he just never knew what it was or whether he was taking the pi$$ ( I know the answer now )

Nick - he does, but he is not exactly active, I guess that's called marketing

Bass - me a nutter I don't know what you talking about

Chesh - I defo don't want that one now I know what's go on in it!

Budgie - I was that makes no difference to the poor customer service from them! He is the guy that never replied to yours or my questions on it. What comes with the
