Southwest S2000s in the Sun III
Arizona's big event has a date, March 2 to 4, 2007. This is a cooler time of the year then the end of April and doesn't conflict with any other major events.
This year's main event will start off on Friday evening with a pre-drive party, then move on to a Saturday drive and event at the dealership, a Saturday post-drive dinner/event and a Sunday brunch again.
The dealership will provide a barbecue lunch again, we will have a DJ and event t-shirts will be made, a raffle will be held and vendors will be there again!

This year there will be a minimal charge of $25 per person to cover the t-shirts, lanyards, badges, maps, etc that the dealership and three core members paid for in previous years. This keeps the event reasonable for us all and also ensures those who sign up show up! We had a lot of t-shirts and maps left over at prior events and that was a big expense. Any funds remaining will go towards raffle prizes.
Remember it is $25/person, non-refundable, and preferably via Paypal. When you sign up, it will walk you through the signup and payment process. All money collected goes directly to the event. If you sign up, pay and can't make it you will still get your t-shirt - you paid for it...

Beyond the raffle, there will be a prizes for such things as:
longest journey to the event - home to event (meaning out-of-state will get this one)
Youngest participant
Most knowledgable owner and more...
Sign ups will close on February 21st, 2007 and all payments must be made by that day. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS to the cutoff.
