I had never seen this segment on the Tonight Show. Someone sent me a clip of this lady and I nearly fell out of the chair laughing.

Our perception of people in that age group is, of course, shaped strongly by what we remember of our grandparents. I don't know about everyone else's grandparents, but mine were, in turn, shaped by the Victorian era.
As a result, it's absolutely impossible for me to picture either of my grandmothers talking is such a candid fashion. To me, that's what makes it so hilarious. You go Grandma! HPH

My grandkids could probably see me doing that. 
I just had to go back and watch this again because that lady realllllly reminds me of my great-grandmother!!! She sounds and looks so much like her (except Grandmother would not have been quite as graphic). Grandmother would have said some of those things if she were alive today.
She was a tough little bird.
