Default FS: tanabe NF springs

Tanabe NF springs, used about 5K miles (I switched to Koni with MG racing). Would like 100, but will entertain offers...especially if you are in the HR area or want to pick up.

These springs, the Tanabe GF210's, will lower your ride approximately 1-1.5". These are not "I-wanna-slam-that-jank" springs. The ride stiffness is only minimally stiffer than stock- I couldn't really tell just driving around. I had these springs before going with my current Koni/GC/Eibach setup(pieced together coilover).

They are a progressive spring meaning they become stiffer the more you load them. This is good for those wanting a stock-like ride most of the time, but would like a little drop with a little extra stiffness in the corners.

Tenblade, Steve, is a great guy! His schedule can be such that he cannot respond immediately at times. Steve, good luck with the sale.

so these springs will give you close to stock feel of the car with a 1-1.5 inch drop? what area exactly will i lose performance? just shock travel?

curious/slightly interested

i really want coilovers but might settle for springs for a little while.

My personal experience leads me to believe that you are sacrificing some performance in the name of looks. The S's suspension geometry was design to work flawlessly at its built height. That's not to say you can't drive around the shortcomings... I did for over a year, during which time I didn't exactly adhere to speed and safety laws.

Here's one example:
