I've been speaking with the world famous Chris Franklin about organising some more Alignment meets, and he's come up with something a bit special for everyone.

Having agreed the use of Honda UK's facilities in Slough he's now setting up events which will include the following:

• Access to the S2000 geometry database for menu selection geometry settings e.g. TRACK SETUP
• One to one academy session and consultation with car and owner
• Baseline and adjust upto 4 x cars in the day
• Refreshments provided
• 1 hour Tech Talk at midday
• Tyre wear display (over toe/over under camber/over/under inflation)
• Case-study / journal display board
• Includes WD40 lube and copper-slipping of camber/toe/castor suspension points
• Before-target-after geometry report
• Tyre data report

7th is my first choice, but if we struggle to get the numbers up (I can't think why anyone who likes driving quickly wouldn't want to get this done ??) then I can do the 31st instead

 

Any chance of one of these a bit laterin the year June/July - it would then be around the anniversary of the last Herts Alignment meet...

 

I was thinking that, but;

1. Mine's started over-oversteering again; tyres are trashed.

2. I've still got one of Chris' weights.
