On the front lights, is it possible to replace the plastic part on the front where it is damaged or is it not possible to remove from the housing?

it is possible to remove the lens, BUT it really isn't worth it. the flaw if you want to call it that isn't noticable at all. that picture is taken in macro mode and is zoomed in. theres no way you would notice it unless you looked really close at an angle style thing

i'm going to try to remove it tonight, don't think its even scratched into the lens but rather a film on top of the lens
