Thumbs up Ebay Knockoff CAI

I was curious as to whether anybody has ever used a cheap ebay knockoff CAI on there S2000.

I am skeptical about the item, only because I think cheap usually means poor quality, but most intakes look the same.

Here's a link to one I found today:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2000-HONDA-...095312018QQrdZ1

I like the price, but was curious if anybody used them, likes, dislikes, problems, etc.

Thanks in advance for input/info/comments

Better off buying 3" exhaust and get it bent to your specs and adding a K&N filter.

The filter will probably be very cheap since that's probably the most expense item on the intake, change it out for a k&n asap.

Get a local high school shop class with a mandrel machine to make one for you and slap a K&N on.

I also just ordered one, it cost me 20.05 after shipping. A guy on honda-tech just installed one the same one I bought and said he had to buy some hoses at pep boys and he replaced the filter with a k&n. He also said he had to cut a hole in his fender liner. He said it sounds great and was worth the $20.

This is the link to the CAI that the honda-tech guy and myself bought.
