Espelir springs install. Help with identification

Default Espelir springs install. Help with identification

Just picked up a used set of Espelir springs ... but I don't know which springs are for the fronts & rears. All 4 springs appear to be very similar in height. I noticed two of them have coils at the bottom that are wound more closely together. There is an "Espelir" brand visible on all 4 springs, but no visible printing/stickers of [F] or [R] for differentiating the fronts from the rears.
For anybody who has installed Espelir springs ... can you help me out?

The two left springs in the picture are the rears.
The two right springs in the picture are the fronts.

did you buy these off of kstreetdc? when i bought mine brand new they had F and R labels on them and they were different heights, the front and the rear that is. yours have ben compressed already so i dunno.... i would like to say that the ones that are wound more tightly at the top portion of the spring are the rears, because i took Kstreetdc's espelirs off his car and i remember it being that way...

if i were to guess the rears are on the left side and the fronts are on the right side of that picture.

the springs i've installed in my previous cars, the rears tend to have less of a gap towards the end

i did not buy these off kstreetdc

My springs are used and did not have the stickers identifying the front/rear ( i guess they fell off with the previous owner).

These springs have settled which is why they are now similar in height.

I also think the springs on the left are for the rears but wasnt sure.
Can anybody else give their 2 cents?

i just opened mine and they have stickers. on your pic, the ones on the left are the rears.

imo it's an advantage to buying used springs because they are already settled. with new springs it takes a while for the springs to settle in.
