Competition Clutches Stage 2 or higher. I have the Stage 2 and I am very pleased. The bite on the clutch is outstanding and the pedal feel is lighter than my stock clutch in my MY01....I hope that helps....

If you are still N/A with just bolt on mods then I would say go with a clutch no more than 70% or so over stock. You can use an ACT pressure plate and an OEM or ACT street disc. A lightened flywheel is nice but, not to light, about 8 lbs plus is good. To light of a flywheel will effect torque. If the car is a daily driver I would stick with an OEM flywheel.
I have had a verity of clutch setups in my car and this is my experience with it.

My 2 cents

I forgot to say I have the 9Lb flywheel from Competition...I have to say I believe Competition Clutches are the best you are going to get for under 1,000 dollars. I looked into the ACT and I am just not fond of them using the OEM disc....

I plan on building, and having a few ready by mid summer. The units will be for product testing in TRUSTED members cars . My plan is to have 6 ready to hand out for 30 days at a time. Sales will follow if reviews are good.

Please stand by

Back to clutch question
Stay away from a stage 3 setup if you don't have heavy mods or if the car is used as a daily driver. Stage 3 is over kill on a street car and will end up destroying your dif if you drop the clutch hard.
