Performance mods on S2000 are generally very expensive.

Either:

CAI such as K and N Gen ii which will improve noise but not really HP for about 150 quid

Light weight single exit exhaust

Take air box lid off!

Other than that all the mods are fairly pricey for minimal gains until you get up to a supercharger which are around

Wheels - got to be wheels.

Really sets the car off.

And some suspension...

Then a lip spoiler...

And a Mugen Hardtop....

Oh, and an intake, J's Racing manifold, decat, exhaust, remap, some stiffening bars, la la la la....

Shorter Gears are the best mod.

NA is more or less worthless if is measure by $/Hp. the best is test pipe and a lightweght exhaust. Every 10 Lbs you take off is like a 1 hp gain

Regarding handling 17" wheels and wider tires, 225/255 for example, is a good improvement

Forget about all this N/A mods for little gains, save money and get yourself a supercharger and be done with!!! This is the best decision I have ever made on my S......And I am still The down side......just got a speeding ticket
