Default New tires, ricer wing and mirrors...

***UPDATE*** DUE TO MANY PM'S ABOUT HOW THE REAR BUMPER, BUMPER BOLT AND FRONT FENDERS WERE MODIFIED, I MADE A SEPERATE POST HERE:

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=483592

Back to the original post.

Last summer I got some Enkei RPF1 wheels on my car. The 17x8 +45 and 17x9 +45 ones. I was running Falken 451's, 215/45/17 on the front and 245/40/17 on the rear. I liked it, but the tires didn't look as aggressive as I wanted.

Here is the "before" pic with it dropped on Espelir springs:

I decided to get some coilovers, so I went with the Apex N1 ExV. jcurtis on this site had them on his car and he has had great luck with them, so I decided to give them a try.

I also bumped up to Falken 615's, 225/40/17 tires on the front and 255/40/17 tires on the rear. My rear fenders are rolled completely up, my bumper lip has been cut and the upper bolt relocated to accomodate the wider tire. (thanks Ricky!!)

To finish it off, I went with some C-west mirrors on the APR bases as well as my new ricer Seibon wing. (I know... it's a knock-off)

Here are just a few "after" pics I snapped today, hopefully I will get some better ones soon.

BTW... my alignment is all within the U.S. specs with this setup.

Thanks for looking!

Really clean. Looks hot! Sprung for the $$$ mirrors, but not the wing, huh?

I'm not a particular supporter of the mirrors but overall your car is very attractive.

How about this for weird - seeing that picture of your car partially in the garage (in the path of the garage door) makes me nervous / uncomfortable. I've always been that way - anything in the path of a garage door is in imminent danger ... at least in my mind. Probably doesn't help that my cat has been closed in both the top and the bottom of the door - traumatic events each time. And I've seen quite a few cars with wrinkled hoods, roofs, and trunks due to unpredicted garage door closings.
