I dont think they drove it. It was a BMW dealership and they said they were just going to offload it to a wholesaler. They didn't even care that the cat wasnt on it, I offered to swap it and they said dont worry about it.

It doesn't whine that much, u can barely even hear it. I only hear it when i turn off all my music and actually listens for it. And it doesn't make any sound until you're at least 50mph or so..
