Heading to work and go to pass someone on a 4 lane road. Desided that he wanted to turn around in the middle of the road as i was passing him and i hit him. I got charged for following to close even though i was not in his lane. Its a load of at the moment and im going to fight it in court.

I assume you hit his side as he turned in front of you? How'd the cop not figure that out? Good luck getting everything straightened out.

Sorry to see that. It doesn't look totalled but it is going to be a costly repair.

 

Did the airbag deply? Its hard to tell what that is in the drivers area in the first picture
