HOLY CRAP. That windsheild folded like it was nothing. Doesnt the S2000 have a MUCH stronger window frame?

I have seen the S2000 flip and land on the window frame.. the center might bend in but the sides seem to always stay firm.

Typical GM quality. She's very lucky, but most taller men would have died. That front A-pillar did NOT hold up at all.

One of the reasons I'll never buy an American car is the inattention to safety and poor engineering. They'll cut corners in things that you won't see until it's too late.

S2k ftw

In 20 years when I have a kid turning 16, I'm going to look for a nice used AP2 with VSC for him/her....

Man, that Jimbo guy over there really went ballistic on vinividivici. "Burn in Hell"??????? What is this guy, a 12 year old girl just back from bible camp?

Now that I think of it, there is a whole lot of "praising" going on over there, perhaps this is some sort of religiously affilliated Solstice site.

Hand of God or whatever, they will not violate the laws of physics and that windshield simply did not hold up as one would expect. If I were them, I would be inclined to take it up with GM as suggested. "Crumbled like a graham cracke" as one of their members put it. Indeed.

I like how she says how impressed she was saved her. I would call it luck, hell her arm got pinned and like you said the window folded. Rollbars FTW.
