Default Stock dyno with 103k miles! & after full race tune

I just wanted to share some encouraging info about our beloved F20C. After seeing and hearing about the dyno #'s that I got today, I was just that much more appreciative of how well our Honda Motors are built!

Modifications:
- Fujitsubo Exhaust
- K&N Drop in
- Hi Flow Cat (to replace leaking OEM)
- AP2 Tranny
- Krank Vents.
* about 80 degree weather
I did a "Honda Top Engine Treatment" (like seafoam treatment) cleaning before the dyno for the first time at 90k and again 2 weeks ago at about 102k ...along with:
- changing the oil (Amsoil 10w-40)
- routine cleaning of the K&N 'Drop in' filter element
- and new OEM sparkplugs

Honda Motors FTW!

this pic was taken 2 months ago, I am now at 103,000 miles.
and the dyno*...

CHURCH AUTOMOTIVE
215.8 RWHP
148.8 TQ

FWIW when I was talking to Shawn at Church Automotive Testing, he said that his S2k new was 212rwhp on his chassis-dyno and other stock S2k's were around that too. From his experience, the "hi flow" cat doesn't do much, and the few extra (if any) ponies are from the Fuji.

UPDATE 1.
I've decided to get tuned by Bisimoto in Ontario so I did another baseline there to get proper Delta's or whatever they call it.
Same exact mods. Disclaimer: Bisi's dyno is known to run low numbers.
BISIMOTO
184.4rwhp
129.1TQ @ 127k miles

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE 2:
Installed the Full Race turbo and tuned at Bisi's at 19 psi.
mods: Laskey block 9:1CR, Supertech V/S/R, AP2 cams, Full-Race GTt3076 kit, custom 3" dual magnaflows, hi flow cat, AEM EMS,
464.8 rwhp
337tq at 19 psi
... with a boost leak and a hi flow cat.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE 3 ----- 522hp 380Tq Dyno sheet and video inside!

This is amazing! I had a good feeling about your dyno run today but had no idea it was going to produce the numbers that it did. No doubt, Honda makes the best engines in the world

I believe it was all the over the top maintenance that was done in the first 86k miles that helped produce those #s

I can't believe I sold this gem to you ........Stay tuned
