stolen seats in my driveway!
Talk about the worst possible timing ever for this to happen. I woke up this morning to my top being slashed and seats gone from my car =/. That is the only thing they took, they didnt touch my CD player or my $400 camera in the "secret compartment". I filed a police report and they got some prints that I am pretty sure aren't mine from the windows.
But that thing that REALLY sucked about all this is that I was suppose to leave tomrrow night to drive 14hrs back home to illinois. Now I have no idea how long this process takes and how long it is going to take me to get parts. The insurance company escalated my claim so I am suppose to have an adjuster here Monday to appraise it. Hopefully my shit doesnt get totaled since it is an 01 with 87k on the ODO.
To make things even worse, my neighbor comes by to tell me that he has cameras but they cant see shit unless his driveway lights are on. He said he had just bought motion detectors and were going to install them the other day but decided to do it later.
Anyways, if anyone knows of a softtop or silverstone HT, and seats for sale, let me know. I will be in the market for them ASAP if my car doesnt get totaled.

i doubt they will total the car out ... it really depends on finanacial factors like if you still owe money on it and if there is anything else wrong with the car.
They will probably 'pro-rate' the seats and the top and write you a check for that amount. Good luck with that battle.
