I had a great time. Chris puts on a great event. I was able to some good data from the car. We are having a good discussion over on autoxforum.com. Here is a video using a crappy video camera. I will try and solve that situation for the next event.

My best time was 1:40. I feel I am getting better every time I get in the car. After two AutoX's and this track day I now know just how much more the car has. I can push it harder with more confidence.

I'm still hoping for an october or november event when things have cooled off a little. I know...I'm a wuss.

 

I broke down and purchased some amazing software improved the quality of the video and put the COOLEST overlay on it. I removed the old vid and replaced it with this one. This one is sooooo much better.

VERY cool vid...especially with the overlay. What a great tool for driver development.

 

It really does help you get better. You can really analyze things to an insane level. We put the logger into different cars and were able to come up with a virtual race. I have to admit that this cool. The cars ran at different times, but we are able to digitaly put them on the same track. You have to unzip it, but check out the video.

That is so freakin COOL! I would have loved to have tried that in my F2000. Can you make the speedo show the #'s over 100?
