I will be selling my S2k anytime between now and fall as long as the right buyer comes along. I've taken meticulous care of the car ever since I purchased it with 8k miles on it from a retired couple (they never even drove it in the rain). Its a lightly-modded black 2002 with 44k miles, no winters, rarely even driven in the rain, still looks showroom new inside and out, the leather and whole interior is in perfect condition, the paint is perfect with zero dings, dents, or rock chips (if you find one, I'll pay for the PDR). The car has always been garaged and when I drive it to work its parked in a protected ramp; unless its being driven, its in a climate-controlled environment with no sunlight on it. I detailed the car regularly, always waxed, clay-barred annually. All maintenance was done regularly and it needs absolutely nothing. I use only Redline MTL in the tranny, LE-607 in the rear diff, and Chevron 10W-30 with Honda PCX filters in the engine. The engine does not consume even a drop of oil between changes. I regularly polished the exhaust, waxed the wheels, and used Raggtopp on the convertible. The tires are practically brand new Bridgestone Potenza RE750's. Feel free to come look at it if you're local and I can take you for a ride, I will not be allowing test-drives to just anyone but if you're serious about the car I will. If you're coming from out of town I am more than willing to pick you up from the airport and help arrange a hotel, etc. You will not be disappointed in this car, it is flawless in every way! I remembered one more thing, I replaced the cabin air filter this spring so that too is fresh!
I will change the oil right before its sold so the new owner can feel comfortable in driving it to where ever they live (even though it only has about 1500 miles on the current oil change).
Also to add, I always use Shinitsu (spelling?) grease on all the door, window, top, trunk, and hood seals at least 3 times a year (spring when its taken out of storage, mid-summer, and fall just before going into storage). I try to wax the painted surfaces (including door jams) every 4-6 weeks with Meguiar's NXT paste wax.
