Hey all!!

I'm back from the dead (practically) and have indeed returned to SoCal. I truely regret dropping outta contact with you guys and hope you can forgive me. I'm focusing on my health at this point and enjoying the amazing SoCal weather that I took for granted.

I'm in Carlsbad (just North of San Diego) and can't believe how much I've missed the beach. It is doing wonders for me......and I need it right now.

Looong ugly story that involved my health both physically and in the head. Working on it in a much better environment now.

All the replies from friendly faces is making me grin from ear to ear, along with other emotions that "men" don't like to talk about. Don't tease..........you know what I mean.

I was just up near your neck of the woods last month. My "little" sister just got married at the Lindley-Scott House (historical site for those that don't know the name). Every time I'm on the 210 I think of your legendary BBQs. How are the froggies??????
