Default High Level Spoiler

Guys,

I am still on the hunt for an S2000 GT O4+ spec car. I have seen a few with the high level rear spoiler but its not to my taste. The question is, can the lower rear spoiler be fitted in place of the high level and has anybody done this?

Regards
Andy

Rew, Yes you can retro fit the low spoiler and front lip, folk have done this and you can buy the part from Hardtopguy or from Ganley Honda.

If you are willing to wait till mid-october for the car, I'm changing the price on mine to 20k. PM me if you're interested.

Might be interested, will let you know. Just to confirm that I have been offered a few but they already have a spoiler fitted, just do not like the high level one so would have to replace it with the low level one.

mine has no spoiler! take a look at the veilside spoiler as well, imo much nicer than the OEM one.

I'm not convinced that fitting a low level spoiler will cover up all the holes used when fitting the high level spoiler.

How many holes are there to fit the high level spoiler? I am in the process of fitting a low level spoiler & you have to drill 4 holes, two towards the outer edge wich are pre marked, if you lift up the boot you can see 2 small circles on the underside,& you then have to drill 2 more equidistant towards the rear middle. I would have thought the low level spoiler would cover any holes as it sits flat on the boot.

It looks like the high level spoiler sits further forward on the boot lid, and you have to assume even if you put a lower level spoiler over the top at least two holes would still be showing.

about half way down the page are the installation instructions, this should give you an idea of where and how the holes are made, this might help?
