For the first 4 shots I set the camera to a 30 second exposure, and pointed a LED flashlight at the car. The parking lot where I took the shots had no overhead lights, which is good for these types of shots. I got this idea from someone on the boards
The last two I used the same exposure, but used a smaller LED flashlight to "write" the lettering.

In the last two I ran into the pic and crouched to write the lettering, then ran back out and pointed the flashlights at the car.
