any particular reasons?

quite a few companies make an X-Brace.......my question is: How can one be better than another? (design not material)

<- Doesn't own or know pros and cons

I was looking around for an X brace also, and it led me to that one.

all this holiday gift buying thingy made me broke, but when i do come into some cash, that's what I'm getting.

Coo just wondering if you had researched it and had some interesting facts. again I know crap about them. (I know what they do/are for, just not in comparison of brands)

I'll also be picking up a MUZ STB.many on this site say it's worthless, but i have to disagree...I had a cheap Megan bar on my car a while back, but had to take it off due to it rubbing on my aftercooler. immediately after i took it off, I could notice the difference.

Alot of people on this board claim that strut bars and x-braces don't do anything for this car because the mounting points are not where the critical spots are in the frame.

After crashing and damaging my frame, I thought by adding parts like this it would help stiffen my frame up some more, but ppl on the forum kept telling me that they don't do anything...even got into an arguement about it, but enough ppl on here will stand their ground that x-braces and STB's don't do anything for this car.

I have two Comptech STB's (fronts) neither are on the car - neither will clear my aftercooler (vortech)

I have the Ti (new style) and bought an old style (red) with the high rise mounts, and still doesn't clear.

So now I have two expensive towel racks.

As for noticeable difference with or with out.....? unsure, I swapped suspensions about the time I got the SC, and had to remove the bar.

there u go! I was mainly debating between the Comptech/Spoon/Rick's X style and the Cusco V style. The X seems like it braces the subfram better but many people say they love the Cusco. Plus I can get a really good deal on the Cusco. decisions decisions....
