Default gauge pillar pods for right hand drive S2000

hi guys --

We've recently had interest from customers about producing a right hand drive of our molded gauge pillar pods for right hand drive S2000s. The tooling to produce these runs several thousand US, so we must make the decision wisely.

Below you can find a photo:

More info:
http://www.scienceofspeed.com/products/int...000/pillar_pod/

These cost $69.95 for our left hand drive model. If we receive a commitment for at least 20 units, we will be able to produce these for the same cost. Any less and the price will be much higher to amortize the tooling costs.

Since single vs. double pods require separate tooling, we will likely only produce one or the other. The double pod is by far our most popular, so this would likely be the one that would be produced.

In order to get the ball rolling, we would need either a 50% deposit or payment in full. We would need a factory pillar to mold. We would need to determine if the LHD vs RHD right pillar cover is the same as the US model. If not, we'd need to source one from a RHD country. Once we have the pod to mold from, the whole process will take about 2-4 weeks.

If you are interested, please let us know by posting to this thread or sending us an e-mail. Based on the response, I can then let people know if we can move forward.

take care,
-- Chris

Hi Chris - I would be one of many that mailed you recently ...I'm just about to order an Amuse pod from Japan but might hold off a bit to see what sort of interest is noted on this thread....no doubt you have a market there as S2ki is littered with RHD souls looking for a pod supplier....
