Thumbs up hezelik (sp) Correct spelling?

Help me on the correct Dutch spelling of this term used to describe the general vibe in and around Amsterdam.

Any help is greatly appreciated. If you just want to look at me funny that's fine too.

Yeah.. that must be it.

To pronounce the first "G", I guess the "G" in Gear comes close.
The "g" at the end... different story
It sounds like you have someting stuck in your throat... ggggg
