I'm still a newbie here, so please be gentle - no entirely sure of the protocol...

Following a brief mention in this thread I wondered if anyone fancied a Surrey meet in Outwood, Surrey.

There's a fabulous pub here called The Castle, and of course the landlady has a lovely S2000 (with the landlord having an awsome GT40 replica). The food is excellent too. Oh, and a decent sized car park that would look even better with a fine selection of S2Ks!

So... it's just a suggestion... won't be offended if you prefer your regular spot!

I'd be up for this too. Can do after New Year but work shifts inc nights but if I'm off I'll come along. Castles good for me too.

 

There will probably be a few that come to the regular surrey/berks meet that will attend so just don't make it the second tues of the month!

Been an owner for nearly a year, and not done a 'meet' yet, but quite keen on this one... is their a special hand-shake ?

Popped down the Castle last night for supper and the owners were very excited about a car meet!

As for when... am quite happy to do either a normal meet date (5th Jan or 12th Feb) - who runs the normal meets - would they mind this as a one-off venue?
