Thumbs down Caution: DO NOT BUY OMNI POWER MASTER CYLINDER

so after successfully installing my Omni Power Quicklutch master cylinder, i find that no known method of bleeding the system is working, and there is still no pressure in the pedal whatsoever. i get a call from Omni Power's Steve today and after much beating around the bush and telling me that they'll refund me, he tells me that the product is completely defective. he says that the brake fluid eats up the seals inside the MC (some fluids faster than others, but eventually the seals always go bad), so they're pulling the product off the market. what a waste of my time. now i have to go ship out the Omni one and buy a Honda one and go through the install once again. i don't know why they'd release a product with such a significant defect. i was really looking forward to using it, too.

i don't know why they don't just tell the vendors to stop selling them if they say they're "in the process of pulling them off the market."

What was the supposed benefit over OEM? I've never heard of this product.

This product is superior for men who have girly legs, chicken legs or severe non manly leg muscles.

it moves the same volume of fluid with a 2" shorter pedal stroke. so it makes your shifts quicker and better synchronizes your clutch pedal engagement and shift throws when you're using a short shifter. i was very excited to use it...

This is first time I've heard about the cylinder being bad product. They do plaster Omni all over everything, I see your point with that.
