ive got a 2001 Sk2 and i must admit ive got nowere to put the ipod ! the glove box behind me is no good as i cant get to it while im driving - any other suggestions ?

 

if you have an aftermarket radio get an adapter that plugs it directly into the back of the radio so that you can control it through the radio...now if your radio is stock then you are out of luck...velcro it to your dash above the radio

 

I have a cable running from my Alpine deck to the center glovebox where the iPod is secured under the elastic strap. Works great and I didn't even have to cut or modify anything.

 

Get one of those Cell phone holders for the AC Vents. It puts is where you can see and control.

 

i have an alpine with a direct ipod plug. the plug runs out of the back of the radio and is tucked away in the cargo net by the passengers foot. perfectly out of the way.

 

I keep mine in the glove box and put it on shuffle. It's also one of the Flash Memory ipods (4Gb Nano), so I can leave it in the glove box, no matter how hot or cold it gets. 4Gb of music is the perfect size for shuffle, as it cycles through my favorites. I have a second bigger (160gb) ipod that goes in my front left pocket and stays there all day.

 

Ipod under the dash now that I have a HU that integrates.

With the stock HU, I dual locked it to the outside of the radio door.

 

I just let a cable drape across the center console and leave my Zune in the cup holder.
If I wasnt so lazy, I could run the cable under the console and have it come up through the e-brake opening I guess...

 

 

My ipod went into the garbage as I think they are junk
