Default 2008 Annual Honda Meet, Branson, MO

Some friends of mine from Kansas City put this on every year. It's right after the Spring MOM08 event and Memorial Day, so mark your calendars now!

It will be at the same resort as last year. Here's the tentative agenda:

Thursday
*arrival/meet and greet
*overview of weekend schedule
*car wash

Friday
*BBQ
*Volleyball
*Boating
*Pics
*Enter raffle for free stuff!

Saturday
*Cruise
*Pics
*Dinner in town

Sunday
*Tuning Seminar (will be much better and more organized than last year)
*Farewell
*Raffle Winner Announced

I've already reserved (put down a deposit on) a condo at the resort and am looking to get the beds filled and costs split. IIRC, these rooms are very similar to furnished apartments. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with two couches (one with a hide-away bed), full kitchen, balcony, ceiling fans... really nice! One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has two queen beds so I'm looking to fill this room with 6-8 people. Who's in?

I figure the cost will be as follows:

If split between 6 people, about $35 per night per person.

If split between 8 people, about $26 per night per person.

You mean like painters tape?

I usually just remind everyone to check their fluids and tire pressures about a week prior to most trips. Oh, I also post a list of things to consider bringing (PikePass, two-way radios, sunscreen, cameras, camera mounts, tripods, swimwear, basic tools - just in case, Fix-a-Flat, spare fuses, basic first aid kit, and microfiber towels and detail spray).

PM-ing you the resort's address.
