Default Coastal Metals-Bumper Protector

http://www.front-grill.com/2004_2006_Spoil...ctor_bumper.htm

These folks made a great product for my 2003. After I got my 2006, I contacted them at least 6 times about the same bumper protector for a stock 2006 without the OEM front lip. They were slow in getting back to me but kept saying that they were "working on one". Alas, I gave up on them.

However, now that I have "boogered" up the underside of the stock bumper, I am going to bite the bullet & buy the OEM front lip and the OEM rear wing. Seeing that they only make the AP2 design if you have the OEM lip, this should take care of matters. I was just curious if anyone has had any dealings with these folks, lately?

BTW, the new pieces should be here on Thursday and hopefully will be installing them along with the decals over at Rob's this Saturday. If anone wants to see how to install the OEM front Lip and the OEM rear deck wing, come on over. I'll be watching PARTSMIKE from Gateway Honda perform the surgery. He is much braver than me. If anyone was thinking about ordering these or any other stock OEM parts, contact Mike. His number$ do the talking. Better than anyone else's best internet pricing!!!

I just ordered the exact piece for my front lip about 2 weeks ago. The price was lower than the website listed and I got it in 4 days.

Yeah Scott!

You are gonna love the rear wing! You may want to leave the area when they drill the first hole in the trunk lid, it is painful to watch.

What time are you heading over on Saturday?

Those were my exact words!! Mike just yelled back to me ......"Then Don't Watch!!!!"

As for Saturday, I'm open for now but want to watch the weather and, see what Mike's schedule is going to be. But, I'll be sure to call you when I have a better idea. I know Jim is heading over real early so maybe we'll all hook up and play going over to Rob's!! Maybe even schedule a few spots to pick up other S2K straglers along the way.

I have purchased from them in the past and had good service. I just sent them an email about a oem ap1 lip protector and a custom grille for my hood scoop. I'll let you all know how it goes

Mitch,

I have the same set up (AP1 OEM front lip) I would be interested in what you find on the lip protector.

Thanks!

The more the merrier, maybe we should start a seperate thread instead of hijacking Scott's. Tim I will give you the honors.
