Okay, I think I got a way to share my vids. Please download the video and test to see if it works. I want to see what kind of bandwidth I get too, so tell me if the link doesn't work or you get a message.

Me vs LT stick shift from a stop. You can see I pull best once I hit 3rd gear. He told me he did not mis-shift at all. Once my fiancee (who was recording) goes back to filming his car, you can see he's a few lengths back. (this is also when I let up... about 100mph)

Race with LT1

Thanks for checking it out and giving feedback.

My car is stock, but I have been told by several people (including members here) that I'm a good driver. I also would like to get my car dyno'd so I can find out what my car is putting down for RWHP.

My fiancee(soon to be wife) was surprised by my takeoff. Yeah she has fun.

Hey Wisconsin,

I got a question. Peter Pan said that you have a "freak S". I assume he's implying that your car is faster than the norm. I know that not all cars of the same make/model are the EXACT same in performance b/c there are so many factors involved. BUT, I've run bikes for a LONG time and I know that in the beginning, if you run a bike hard, it tends to be faster later. Of course, without a "proper" break-in period, this will affect the life of the motor too. Basically a trade-off of sorts. That leads me to my question. Is that the same for cars? Also, did you go through the "proper break-in" procedure as Honda dictates? Thanks man!

Also, Peter Pan, sorry to hear about your gf....life without VTEC in an S?? BLASPHEMY! hahahah...jk....sort of.

I hav heard about the thing with the bikes, but have no idea if that goes for cars too.... I got my car with about 700miles on it already, so I do not know if it was properly broken in, seeing as how it was a demo car. So in other words, probably not broken in right. It was probably flogged every day. So who knows? But I do plan to dyno my car this summer to see for sure if I have a factory freak or not.

Great run and great video! You had him by about 2 cars which is roughly .2 in the 1/4 mile. That's about what I would have predicted for a stock LT1. It looks like you both got good launches and clean runs. The LT1's really start to laydown around 80MPH. When I race stock to lightly modded LT1's it's a good run until I hit 3rd gear. Then start pulling hard.
