**The Official Mid-Atlantic Badge Thread**
Now that we have updated For Sale rules which require one to posess a Mid-Atlantic badge, This is how you go about obtaining one. :
1. Must participate in at least two (2) meets or functions organized or attended by a CO. (We need to put a face to your screen name and make sure you actually live in the Mid-A area)
2. Be a paid member of s2ki.com
No more badges will be assigned to folks that "used to" live in the area and now live somewhere else. This is to help us control the "For Sale" threads and possible scams that may arise from their posts.
If you live in the area, and do not participate in meets or functions, you will not be badged. I'm sorry, but this is strictly enforced. We would like to see more participants come out to meets and functions and to make sure we have a way of tracking you down if a "For Sale" thread goes down the tube. This is our way of stopping members from other regions from selling in Mid-A.
So please make sure you qualify by posting what area you live in and come out to our meets or functions. Thanks.
For new folks on the boards, welcome to the Mid-Atlantic Community. The "For Sale" rules you can find here:
And once you've received a badge and have not formally introduced yourself, you can do so here:

No CO's were at Vu's meet. Skips is good though. Until the copied badge is gone no CO will even entertain assigning you a badge, as we explained, the badge is part of the security of the community. Thanks
can I get a badge, I have attented two official meets now and have met different people. I met Skip when he was a CO at P Tuning last year and was at the Mod Day today for about 5 hours and tried to talk to every person there.
