Default Official "High Mileage" Track S2000 Thread

Hi all...

I bought my MY07 last year and started tracking it almost a month afterwards. This made me curious as to how long the car would last if it's pushed to the limit so often. I think this thread might help me and some others get good feel of how high miles we can get while still pushing the car!

Please try to follow the following format when you post...i'll use my car as an example even though i'm not even close to high miles

Year: 2007
Mileage: ~19,800
# Track Days: ~5
Track Frequency: 3-4 times/yr
Road race or AutoX: Road Race
FI or NA: NA (basic bolt ons)
Daily or Dedicated: A little bit of both
Any major problems?: Not yet
Comments: None right now...the car has handled like a beauty so far.

Pic (if you want to post one):

LETS SEE THOSE HIGH MILEAGE CARS!!!

The OEM roll hoops were cut. I had it installed by Hard Dog Fabrication in North Carolina and it came out looking about as OEM as you could ever hope for. They manufacture and ship various versions of the bar all over the world. If you're interested tell'm Shay sent you. Tom is the owner.
