If anyone in the area wants to see/hear it let me know. The build quality of this exhaust is the BEST I have EVER seen on any car. The pictures on Kings website do not do it justice. You have to get under the car an see all the shiney polished and titanium parts. Everything from the polished pipes and center resonator, to the titianium cans/tips is top of the line fit and finish.

The sound is exactly what I was looking for. Deeper, more bass in the low to mid range, a little louder in the top end, but not ricey(not even close) and not obnoxiously loud. My girlfriend won't even notice the difference in sound

Also I had a hard time moving the stock exhaust around after it was off the car. The weight combined with the length were very akward. The Mugen exhaust is so light it blew me away. I could hold it one one hand. All the of installers were drooling over the exhaust and speculating at it's cost, and they've seen a TON of exhausts for all diffferent cars(mostly Corvettes and Vipers). The shop that did the install is called J&M Motorsports, and is located in Manchester, CT.

I just sold my digital camera and am in the process of buying a new one so pictures will follow shortly.

My experience with the guys at King Motorsports was great. Very nice to deal with and VERY fast email repsonses to my questions. Great job guys and thanks! I couldn't be happier with the product. Exactly what I was looking for a worth every penny of the $1600 I spent to get it.

damn i have always like this exhaust. however currently i am stuck between the two choices. mugen exhaust or amuse dual exhuast. i think im currently leaning more towards the amuse due to power gains and that its the lighter of the two exhausts but the price tag almost seams unbearable. roughly the cost of 18 inch te37 rims.

I didn't care so much about the price, and yes the Amuse has the weight advantage by a few pounds. I'm not sure ANY exhaust can give more than a hp or two for the car. The OEM exhaust is just too free flowing already.

From what I read about it, it is WAY too loud for my tastes, and the tips while very nice looking are rather large(at least from the pics I saw). They look to be around 4" or bigger. It's hard to tell without seeing it in person, because the mugen exhaust is 1000X better in person than in the pictures I saw.

Mine was $1500 + $100 shipping = $1600.

I'm about an hour east of NYC. My girlfriend lives in NYC, and I have had the S2000 there once already. If you would like to meet up in NYC sometime I am sure that can be arranged, otherwise you may have to wait for a New England S2000 meet.

I will have a mini dv camcorder soon, and I could try and take a video of the looks and sound of the exhaust if that helps.

I found this video on Steve UCI's website. I'm not sure if its the same Mugen (titanium) exhaust or not though.

I have watched/listened to that video before I choose my exhaust. IMO that video/audio does not do any of the cars justice as they are too on top of each other, the runs are too short and they are out of audio/video too soon. I would NOT use that video to determine which exhaust to buy.

I'd like either the Mugen or the Amuse dual exhaust. BTW, apparently the dual Amuse is significantly quieter than the single tip exhaust.
