Sorry to step on this.

IT DOESN'T MATTER.

Only legitimate questions should be have they been wrecked/are they blown.

A legitimate question is anything a potential buyer wants to know about what they are thinking about purchasing.

From the pics they look brand new though!

Are you kidding me? They could be 2 miles away from a complete re-build......

Why is the post idiotic? They are cheap as anything to rebuild yourself - do it all the time - not as easy as Motons or JRZs and needed way more often too but easy. Seals are like what maybe $50 so who cares. Hell I would replace the seals and recharge them no matter if needed or not just for piece of mind. Do you guys really buy race dampers and not rebuild them every year (unless JRZ style)?? Guess I am just not as smart as you, sorry for my inexperience - please educate me so I may gain from your knowledge. I have a variety of damper fluid form Ohlins to RedLine to proprietary on hand but even that is like what $20 - whoopee.

Relax, not everyone has 10 different weight of shock fluid laying around or the experience to rebuild them. If you were not looking for negative attention you would have said something to the tune of "miles arent that big of a deal if your willing to rebuild them, all it takes is ..."

Bump for a nice setup.

I wasn't the one who attacked stating it was an idiotic post. But still it was somewhat immature to respond to such an inflamatory and ill informed post.

Seriously and without attitude: why would somebody buy racing shocks and not rebuild them annually? Otherwise, wouldn't it be better to buy street based KONIs or similar? Asking this because we have seen people litterally blow shocks apart due to N2 being low (below 100PSI) and it isn't pretty.

As to these dampers - they are fantastic! Of all the traditional shim based dampers, Ohlins are by far my favourite for bikes and autos!! Definitely somebody should pick them up.
