I looked this morning and it said PMs ARE FULL!

I thought someone was spamming me with PMs and filling up my inbox however
it turns out that my membership has expired.

It would be nice if S2ki sends out a notice that the membership is about to
expire so proper action can be taken.
Instead of getting misleading notice that PMs ARE FULL!

(Renewed my membership btw - perhaps this is the final time )

 

Your not the first, and most likely not the last to complain about this, and it's a known problem. Problem is, it seems to be harder to implement then it would seem.

 

It has been implemented and will be pushed out with the next update along with a fixed search function, sometime in the next week.

This has been fixed. You will now receive an email when your membership is due to expire.

 

Just a suggestion for what it might be worth, but it would be FAR better to send a PM than an e-mail. Better still, it wouldn't hurt to do both.

E-mails have a way of going astray, and people do change their addresses from time to time (and don't always remember to notify everyone who should be notified). PMs are always going to get to the member.

 

Definitely better to send a PM (or both e-mail & PM) - I rarely check my s2ki e-mail (if that's where a reminder was sent) & can't do so now that my membership has expired

It's not fixed. My membership expired recently, and the only reason I noticed it was because I was doing some PMs when I noticed my inbox became instantly full.

I went back to my old email account and new one as I typed this and searched for anything S2KI. I found all of my PM notices from people, and of course a paypal receipt for my payment. Absolutely NO mail from S2KI about membership expiration.

 

I know of people who have received emails.
