Angry Is this the end?

So my store got our car/truck allocation details for this month (what a Honda dealership can/cannot order from the factories), and not only can no one order Fits, the notes under "S2000" it says:

"There are no S2000s for this allocation due to early build-out of MY08."

Sounds to me like S2k production is ending very early IMO for MY08, and i have not heard ANYTHING yet about a replacement.

I will try to get more definitive answers....

About time. Hopefully our cars can keep our values a bit more now!

Its done. Just look at where Honda is headed.....green, fuel efficient autos. I bet all Civics and Fits are flying off the lot, Phil.

Did Honda even sell 3000 S2000s world-wide last year?

i'm sure they sold that many. I sold four personally. my dealership probably put out close to 10 for 07, and we've sold 3 08's already. I know Jimel's store has sold a few already too. So i wouldn't say they're setting the world on fire by any means, but they aren't dead yet either. YET.

I've been seeing a girl once in a while and her ex works in Ohio at some Honda engineering place or something. I am trying to get her to milk some details out from him. I think he had heard something about what is coming next. I will try to find out more from her.

Yeah there are a bunch of electric sports cars out there. The Tesla is the most known one though.
